My wife and I are raising money for York inspirational kids, we are doing a 10 mile walk to raise as much as we can for this amazing not for profit organization who provide help and much needed support and guidance for families of children with disabilities.

York Inspirational Kids is a support group for families of children and young people who have a disability and/or additional need and live in the York area.

They organise days out, events and even a Saturday club for families but are in need of funds to keep these events happening all funds go to making memories for these inspirational families.

We are one of those families as our son has recently been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and for us we struggle to have days out as our son can become very distressed and run off he is unaware of danger which makes days out difficult but being able to have these facilities and access to days out with families in a similar position to us makes it so much easier to not be judged because our son screams or throws things and shout makes our days out so much more relaxed. This is our son Charlie our inspirational ausome kid.
