Rasen residents are all very upset to hear of the fire that happened in the early hours on May 24th.

The building owned my the Mattu family has suffered intensive damage to the the shop business and the dance Studio business, as well as the flats above.

As a community these business will need our help, we do not have the details of the extent of the damage to any business, but by giving a little may just help with anything they all need to get back on their feet.

We know their insurances will cover most things, but this takes time, and in the mean time, things have to be sorted, things bought, loss of trade, new venue to be found, so if a little can help for the time being, then lets help.

We will also be asking for the public's help in helping them, that may be to clean up the smoke damage, remove damaged goods and fixtures, help to redecorate and dispose of any fire damaged items.

Lets all get together and help our community, please dig deep and lets come together as a wonderful community that we are.
