🐾 HELP US COMPLETE THIS ONGOING COLONY RESCUE 🐾

Safe Cats Rescue was recently contacted regarding a small colony of stray and feral cats living on shared business land. A concerned member of the public had been doing their best to feed and monitor the cats, but the situation had become overwhelming and urgent help was needed.

Since attending the site, we have now safely rescued 9 cats and kittens, including very young kittens and adult cats in poor condition. Several were suffering with severe matting requiring immediate grooming and ongoing care, while others were underweight, frightened, and in need of veterinary attention and rehabilitation.

Even after rescuing the original group, we continued monitoring the site and further cats have continued to appear, showing just how important it is to fully complete colony rescues and ensure no cats are left behind.

Every cat rescued will require:

🐱 Microchipping

🐱 Vaccinations

🐱 Flea & worm treatment

🐱 Veterinary care & medication

🐱 Food, rehabilitation & recovery support

As a very small self-funded voluntary rescue, situations like this place enormous pressure on our finances and rescue space, but we are committed to ensuring every cat from this colony receives the care and safety they deserve.
