Story

We have all been extremely upset by the recent events in the Ukraine. As a family we have donated bedding and food to the local collections, but we want to do more. The people fleeing the Ukraine need help now, so we're organising a last minute fundraiser this weekend.

Marley is no stranger to raising money or setting himself a challenge so on Saturday 5th March Marley, who is 7 years old, will undertake a 10 mile sponsored walk. Then on Sunday 6th March he will complete a 10 mile bike ride, hoping to raise as much as he can along the way. We will update his progress on this page.

We know money is a little tight at the moment so anything you can give will be very much appreciated and will be donated directly to the Ukrainian Crisis Appeal organised by the British Red Cross.

How will my donation help people in Ukraine?

As the security situation allows, the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will continue to respond to existing and emerging humanitarian needs. The Red Cross has supported people affected by this conflict for years and this will not stop now.

Your donation could help someone affected get:

food
water
first aid
medicines
warm clothes
shelter

Thank you so much for your support.
