Contrary to belief air cadet Squadrons have to raise funds for buying new or replacing old training equipment. I am volunteering to carry out a sponsored run around Anglesey (181 miles distance) using running, hand bike, cross training machines. I will be using the combined mileage to achieve the total distance. I am hoping to raise £3500 to replace worn out laptops and purchase three RC Drones. This equipment will enable these young cadets to carry out the cadet training curriculum and enter a Wing Drone Flying Competition.
