    Story

Over the festive period children should be at home with their families and loved ones, however across the UK there are hundreds of children that do not have the oppirtunity to be at home with their loved ones over this family orientated season. Across the UK there are children who are confined to hospital beds due to life threatening illness.

We recently visited the Bristol Royal childrens hospital and it is evident that there are some very poorly children there. The staff are absolutely fantastic and provide these children with a sense of normality to life, although some staff profess not to be normal. Being Royal Marines we hold certain values close to our heart and one of those is cheerfulness in the face of adversity and it is this value we see whole heartedly in the children and staff.

We want to bring some christmas cheer to these children, however we cannot achieve this without the help of you all so please help us brighten up the lives of these children if only for one day.

We have a target of 500 pounds to enable us to buy gifts for the children of the Bristol Royal childrens hospital, we intend to raise this by conducting a 24hr competitive squash game starting 0900 12th Dec until 0900 13th Dec.

Please please please support us every penny counts thank you all love the mighty G7 crew.

Brilliant idea. The teams at the hospital are wonderful, not only looking after the kids, but in giving the parents support too. Thanks for organising this.

Forcing CSP to do a sport that involves cardio and a ball must have been hard work. Hope it goes well!
