Story
Having completed 24 years in the Coldstream Guards, i returned North, and found a new caree, then February 2020 i had a Brain Aneurysm, I was blue lighted to The Northern General Hospital, where i suffered 3 x strokes and 1further aneurysm. My Parents had to make probably the hardest descicion ever, to remove my Right Leg and save my life.
Fast Forward to 2022, and i was introduced to a charity BLESMA, not only have they helped me with getting my Blue Badge, but they have organised trips, not only for me, but for other Disabled Armed Forces Personnel. From zoom meetings, to pub lunches, to visiting Disabled Veterans, to Coach Partys to the National Arboretum, Nothing is too much for these guys.
i am helping to organise a Charity Night, on the 25th of October in Sheffield, at Tapton Hall, as with everything nowadays it comes down to Finance, and i know how tough it is out there with the never ending cost of living, and so could i ask you all, even if its £5 that you can donate, this will help someone.
And finally, thank you for taking the time to read this message, i realise that there are many important Charities out there, but this Charity, is just a little bit special.
