I’m a Therapy Assistant at Isebrook Hospital, I’m fundraising for a Therabike – which is used to enable both rehabilitation and stroke patients to help strengthen their arms as well as legs through low level exercise throughout their rehabilitation journey here.
I have been training for half a marathon since January 2022, to improve my fitness and to personally achieve a good overall finishing time at Sandringham Estate on 19th June 2022.
