Story

They did it!!! Huge well done to our fabulous fundraising superstars;

Cllr Roz Gladden (Mayoral Lead for Mental Health & City Wellbeing) @cllrrozthepool

Michelle O'Dwyer (Owner of Baytree Caterers) @BaytreeCatering

Michelle Charters (CEO at Kuumba Imani Millennium Centre) @M_Charters

for completing the Scouse 5k on behalf of Mary Seacole House, please donate anything you can to show your support for them and us 💕

On a very cold but lovely and sunny morning on 28th October 2018 Mary Seacole House supporters competed in the Scouse 5k to raise money for Members Christmas activities, these activities improve MENTAL HEALTH by reducing isolation and encouraging routine at what can be a very lonely time for many.

As well as one to one emotional and practical support Mary Seacole House run a number of diverse weekly activities including; Art, Aromatherapy, Wellbeing groups, Educational groups, Support groups, Day trips, Events etc. any money raised from this fabulous FUNdraising event will go towards supporting our Members Christmas activities.

As a small Charity in Toxteth, that makes a big difference in the diverse communities of Liverpool, we're incredibly grateful for any support received from our lovely local community and further afield, no matter how big or small, your donation really can make a difference to the lives of those most vulnerable.
