Help Me Overcome Inflammatory Arthritis: Support My Journey to Mobility and Independence
Hello!
My name is Mason, and I’m reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for support. At 25 years old, I never imagined that my life would be turned upside down by a debilitating condition like inflammatory arthritis. This disease has robbed me of my ability to perform everyday tasks, leaving me housebound and isolated.
Over the past few months, I’ve been battling severe pain and limited mobility due to inflammatory arthritis. Despite my best efforts and numerous treatments, including two cortisone injections, my condition has not improved. The pain and stiffness make it incredibly challenging to walk, and I've been signed off work because of my health.
To make matters worse, I was recently declined for PIP (Personal Independence Payment), which means I have limited financial support to manage my condition and daily living expenses. One of my biggest struggles is the inability to fix my car. My car is not just a mode of transportation—it’s my lifeline. It’s the only way I can leave the house, attend medical appointments, and maintain some semblance of independence.
Additionally, I need to make crucial adaptations to my home to accommodate my limited mobility. Simple tasks like bathing, cooking, and moving around the house have become increasingly difficult. These adaptations will make my home safer and more accessible, allowing me to live with greater ease and dignity.
I am humbly asking for your help to raise £5000 to repair my car and make the necessary household adaptations. This support will allow me to regain some mobility, access necessary healthcare, and improve my quality of life.
Your donation, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in my life. It will help me reconnect with the world outside my home and give me the freedom to live more independently.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any support you can offer. Together, we can overcome the challenges of inflammatory arthritis and pave the way to a brighter, more mobile future.
With heartfelt gratitude.
Mason
