My name is Sophie, myself and my Husband Mark have created what we think is the best guinea pig habitat ever! The guinea pigs can run, play, sleep and eat to their hearts content. Exactly as it should be.

We have rescued so many guinea pigs over the last few years. One even needed to learn how to walk again! We pour our hearts and souls into our work.

Why do we have as many guinea pigs as we do? Because we adore the piggies, they each have an amazing personality and are so unique. Given the correct care they’re fantastic pets. On a more Personal note, raising a family with additional needs is difficult and we needed something to put our hearts into that, to us, was relaxing as well as rewarding and thus MasonsCavies was born!

our long term plan to help the amount of boars in rescue/adoption centres by providing educational videos on our facebook page and Hopefully, with the space we can provide, rescue boars, get them neutered and find them loving homes with single females or a herd of females.
