In my home country, a refugee crisis has become a burden on both people and organisations. With the excessive workforce supply and weak demand due to the deteriorating economic conditions, organisations are operating inefficiently and people are struggling to find jobs. For this reason, I decided to pursue a master of science in organisational change and development based on a program that would equip me with the tools to DEVELOP human resources rather than focus on efficiency and productivity alone. This means training and advancing the skills and knowledge of people for the sake of enhancing their opportunities. Additionally, this program also focuses on organisational psychology, which entails the concepts and tools needed to divert organisations towards a path of acceptance and tolerance using the right metrics and leadership attitude in order to increase efficiency and productivity not only through proper selection, but also through a culture that encourages cooperation and motivation. Thus, I need this program to gain credibility when making suggestions to companies using the knowledge I'll gain and the reputation of my university. However, due to unforeseen family circumstances, I find myself unable to complete the third installment of my tuition, which is why I need your help.
