Story
Matt Clarkson and Matt Woollias here:
We both play Para Ice Hockey for Kingston Kestrels and GB. We train late at night and are currently training with GB in preparation for next years World Championships. The sport is self funded so we buy our own equipment, pay our own fuel and ice costs and raise funds to go to tournaments abroad. The cost to go to a World Championships is roughly £1800 per person.
On October 13th, as a duo, we will use a ski machine to ski 30km as fast as we can. We are looking for any sponsors people can spare. The money will go towards the cost of a World Championships entry for us.
