As many of you will know I suffer with cerebral palsy. This hasn't stopped me leading a full life, but this would not have been possible without the help and support of a loving, caring family, and the NHS heroes who have helped me throughout my life.

Now it's time for me to step up and do something to try to help them, as they are risking their lives on a daily basis to help us all through this Covid 19 crisis.

It's about 260 km from where I live in Sandbach to Dublin. I'm not going to walk it (because I can't) but I intend to cycle that distance on my exercise bike in 26 days, and raise money for the fantastic NHS in the process!
