I've actively tried to help those in need inside and out of work, whether it be running STEM learning sessions for children or giving money to charity. This time I'd like to challenge myself and really aim to raise a lot of money for two charities that the company I work for is sponsoring this year.

So, to do this I will be doing the 3 peaks challenge at the start of September with a group of work colleagues to help raise money for:

- Jigsaw
- it's in the bag

Jigsaw Thornbury is an important charity that helps families and the community support children and young People with additional needs.

It's in the bag is a campaign designed to tackle testicular cancer by raising awareness as it is one of the most common forms of cancer.

I'm really happy to be supporting these charities and attempt a tough challenge that will no doubt help these two very important causes.
