Hi we are the Jackson family, we comprise of me (matt) my wife Laura and our 5 kids ranging from ages 21 to 10 months old, we have been in each other's life's since school and last November (2017) Laura was admitted into hospital with suspected gaul stones after a operation they found out it was stage four advanced bowel cancer that has mastateted to her liver and lower stomach at this point we had a 6 month old and Laura was given 6 months to live, Laura has had a ostomoy bag fitted to hopefully eliviate any issues there, due to the advanced of the disease the primary was unable to be removed as it would be to dangerous for Laura and she wouldn't pull through such a operation so we are left with chemotherapy to prolong Laura's life as much as possible so she can see her beautiful children grow up and they keep there mum for as long as humanly possible, Laura is now 3 months into her chemo and has had a progress scan which has come back positive that the chemo treatment is keeping it stable at the minute but as we all know this is a waiting game as it won't hold it off forever, so in the little time Laura has left with her children she wishes to spend some family time away and take her children to Disney land for a few days so she and they can experience a magical wonderland before they lose each other forever, Laura was before a serving prison officer in Peterborough but due to her ill health and now reduced mobility has had to hang up her keys for good so I'm asking on her behalf for anyone that can help her after a life time of always helping others first and really dosent deserve such a abrupt end in life
