In June 2017 myself and 22 others from Earlston High School have been selected by the VineTrust to go to Tanzania on a volunteering project. In Tanzania we will help to build an orphanage as well as homes for orphans as well as supporting single parents in need. This will involve laboring to actually build the homes and orphanage but also to care for the orphans and children of the single parents to give them some respite from the challenges of parenting especially in extreme poverty.

I hope the trip will change the way i look at the world and will give me an amazing opportunity to help people less fortunate than me. Money raised goes towards building supplies as well as my flight to and from Tanzania next June. All donations are welcome.
