What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
I'm the founder & CEO of Access Ambition and creator of the #LondonOfficeTour social media series, as well as a former Non-Executive Board Member at the TESYouth social enterprise.
The newest and most state-of-the-art office building to which Access Ambition's membership of The Office Group grants me access is the White Collar Factory off Old Street's "Silicon Roundabout".
As well as a rooftop terrace and café, it has a 150 metre rooftop running track! So, not only will I do a feature on the building and rooftop facilities as part of my #LondonOfficeTour, but I have undertaken to run 1000 metres on the track in a full suit whilst wearing a head-cam to film the whole thing - if, and only if, we can raise at least £1000 between now and end-October.
All donations received will go to TESYouth - a not for profit providing training, enhancing employability, and facilitating social development for young people in London (especially the unemployed). You can find out more about TESYouth at www.tesyouth.org
