Story
Max Morrison
As many will now Max lost his battle with Leukaemia on 23 May 2019 aged 17. Max played rugby at the club until a couple of years ago and will be known to many. Max’s first love was his music, and in the last few months Max recorded and released his first EP which can be downloaded from THIS LINK .
Max’s funeral will take place on Thursday 20th June 2019 at 1:30 PM at St. Michaels Church, Macclesfield. Max’s family have requested “happy clothes”, and in lieu of flowers Macclesfield Rugby Club is collecting funds for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
Max’s mum, Jacqueline, described those at the hospital who cared for Max to the very end as “Angels who walk the earth”.

I just mentioned to Jacqui the amount this page has raised. To think I was going to set the target at £500.00 !!! - It's absolutely fantastic and Max would have been made up. Thank you so much to everyone who has made a donation of any amount.
