Story

Me and some members of my scout group (1st Crystal Palace) are going to Gambia in february next year to build a school. We will be building this school with the charity WYCE who provide education and healthcare to the local Gambian people. WYCE stands for Wonder Years Centre of Excellence. My target to raise is £600 wich is above the recommended but I believe it could really help the charity out. Our groups target is to raise £10000 for the charity in total.

In a few weeks time some of us who are fundraising for this, once in a lifetime opportunity, will be participating in a 20 mile walk along the river Thames. This walk will be very challenging, but not compared to the people we are helping.

I hope this story has made you want to donate to this cause, so please take some time out of your day to even give the smallest amount as every little helps. https://www.wyce.org.uk/ -WYCE website
