Story

Our family life has been very difficult this past year. To cut a very long story short over the next few weeks it will get more difficult. We will be homeless by the 13th September and will have to live in a B&B and hotels until we can find somewhere to live.

My 16 year old daughter starts college on the 12th September doing hairdressing but unfortunately we have had difficulties with money due to tax credits not being sorted out and having to pay for self storage and hotels. This means we can't afford the essential kit she needs in order to do her course which is costing £309.

I didn't want to set up this page asking for help but I was urged to by people who want to help us. (Thank you so much)

Eliece, my daughter, is such a treasure. She is kind, respectful, clever, so caring and oh so funny. She is the child I wish everybody could have. She is such a pleasure to be around and you're never short of a good laugh. She brightens my day every day. All of my children do.

I want her to be able to do her course without feeling guilty because she knows we don't have the money. She LOVES hair and is always watching tutorials and practicing on friends. She should be able to follow her dream. She deserves it.

Thank you to those who have offered to help, I cannot express just how much I appreciate it. It's a huge light at the end of the dark tunnel that this year has been for us.

Thank you.
