I became Mayor of St Neots for a second term in May 2025 and am delighted to announce my chosen charities based on my love of culture, media and sport.

Last year I raised nearly £10,000 for local theatre groups. You can read about it here .

This year, I had a tough decision to choose clubs from the many fantastic sports clubs we have in St Neots. I have picked three that need my support, both financially and physically, to help them not only survive but thrive.

St Neots Hockey Club began with a women’s team in 1898 and a men’s team in 1901 inspired by the ice sport bandy, growing through unification, war, and community spirit into the vibrant club it is today.

St Neots Cycling Club was founded in 1887, St Neots CC is a friendly and welcoming cycling club offering a range of road cycling activities for riders of all levels in and around St Neots.

New Saints Boxing Club supports young people through boxing, helping them build confidence, resilience and a sense of belonging in a safe, positive environment.

Other fundraisers

Over the next ten months, I will raise money at St Neots Dragonboat Festival, the Mayor’s Charity Golf Day and other smaller events. You can also support these groups by making a donation through JustGiving.
