Homelessness and rough sleeping is a problem in Wellington, as is drug and alcohol dependency and these 2 local Wellington charities are in need of finance to continue their tireless efforts to help those who do not have accommodation or have fought drug or alcohol addiction and are in need of on-going pastoral and educational support.
