We are a cancer charity aimed at helping survivors return to work.

Why did we start this?

In the UK, there are over 800,000 survivors currently in employment, with 130,000 re-entering work every year.

And going back to work after cancer is hard. Really hard. As empathy and support wear off long before the side effects do.

With so much information available out there it’s hard to know what to look for. So, we do all the digging for you and bring it straight to your screen.

That’s why we created MBC Plans.

What we do:

We make personalised workplace adjustment forms that are specific and tailored to suit varying needs.

We make one form for you, with all the details needed to comfortably return to work, and one for your employer, to implement reasonable adjustments that manage your side effects.

The forms include your legal rights, suitable adjustments, a time plan and extensive information on the process.

What we need funding for:

Any donations will be used for keeping the platform running and for the growth of the service into different medical conditions.
