People are being forced to choose between heating their homes and feeding their families. Whilst facing this difficult decision, some are turning to Food Banks due to no fault of their own.

This is a simple cause with a simple goal - help raise money to be able to help stock local Food Banks with as much as we can gather and offer some relief to those who need it the most.

If you can spare £1 for the cause, that'll be a great addition to the fund and I'm sure we can put that to good use. If you can spare a little more, then that's incredible and your donation will really make a difference.

Every aspect of this fundraiser will be completely transparent and updates will be provided regularly on my Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/This.MANC.Can.Eat where I will also post updates as to what Food Banks have advised they are in need of the most, what's regularly requested, and name shops where I can source said items for the lowest cost.

I'll post photos of the receipts once the items have been purchased and emails or messages from the Food Banks confirming the donation has been made.

I completely respect people's privacy and won't be taking photos whilst at the Food Banks themselves.
