Medical Aid For Ukraine #MediAidForUA
A campaign to raise money for medical emergency kits and equipment. Your donations today multiply in impact to provide life-saving emergency medical kits and products for the wounded in combat, Ukrainian soldiers, and civilians.
On 24, February 2022 Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The second largest army in the world is fighting Ukraine, which has been willing to join European civilization for years, which is a part of it and identifies with the values of the free world. The last days have changed our peaceful world in Europe. War has once again knocked on Europe's door. The world peace has been disturbed by Russians who are currently bombing cities filled with peaceful civilians. This conflict is quickly becoming the biggest humanitarian crisis since WWII!
We are very much concerned about the recent intensification of fighting in the Ukraine over the past few days. Ukraine and its people find themselves fighting against their Russian aggressor, taking casualties and wounded people on its side. This conflict is bringing many deaths and injuries. Even very minor injuries can get infected and ultimately may cause unnecessary agony and can even require hospital treatment. It’s a dramatic time and emergency, and we need to show our support to Ukraine. Following those events in Ukraine, we have launched an emergency appeal.
1. Who are we?
As a history enthusiast and co-founder of the Remember The Heroes and 303 Jag Squad projects, for many years I have been researching and describing the heroic attitude of many wonderful and brave women in the air force service during WW2.
The conflict in the Ukraine shows women standing arm in arm with the men to defend their country. In Ukraine UA Military ranks, women actively contribute to the process of the settling the conflict. According to the estimates, about 15% of the Ukrainian army are women.
They defend their country and bravely fight for the future of their loved ones. We #StandWithUkraine. You can read about our social activity at:

Every month our posts are read by nearly 2 million people from all over the world. We want to use the range and inform as many people as possible about this aid campaign.
2. Who do we work with?
In transport to Ukraine, we cooperate with CMS Poland volunteers. They supporting the NGO Breathe and Ukrainian Women Veterans Movement from Kyiev.

The data of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense show that currently almost 17% percent Women serve and work in the armed forces. But there are many more who stand shoulder to shoulder with men to fight for a free Ukraine. Many of them don't even need a uniform to be brave. They take up arms, make Molotov cocktails ... and with their bodies they block the way for the Russians.
3. What do we want to do?
As the war escalates in Ukraine, we will continue to increase the supply of life-saving medical emergency kits and equipment distribution. We hope that Ukraine will receive immediate and direct help with medical emergency products needed for all those injured in combat. Donations will be used to get the supplies they need most to strategic locations near the border from where they will be collected and distributed. All contributions will make a difference and have the potential to save lives.
4. Who is the help for?
#MediAidForUA campaign is to help the Ukraine with medical products supply. Medical products are to be used on those severely wounded, they will go to hospitals, doctors, nurses, civilians defending the city, and other healthcare volunteers helping the vulnerable and ordinary citizens supporting the defense of Ukraine.
5. Donations
Our #MediAidForUA campaign is to raise money for medical emergency kits and medical supplies for Eastern Ukraine, regions most affected by the conflict. To make it more genuine we inform local press and journalists, as well we use our range on social media to inform as many people as possible about the fundraising campaign.
You can do so much for so little, e.g. Dressings and tourniquets cost a few pounds (less than a cup of coffee) and could save thousands of lives of heroic defenders of Ukraine as their families are exposed daily to barbaric, non-human bombing by Russian troops.
A high-quality kit that can cope with serious injury costs between £60-90. Donate now to provide people in Ukraine affected by the war with life-saving emergency medical kits and medical products.
6. How will the funds be spent?
Money raised for #MediAidForUA will be spent on life-saving emergency medical products, fuel, distribution and other unavoidable costs. Everyone involved is doing so on a voluntary basis, and no funds will be used to pay for salaries etc.
7. When will we start shipping?
The crisis is now, so we will start processing and shipping immediately before funds have been collected.
8. How will the aid be provided?
Thanks to this cooperation with wonderful volunteers women from CMS Poland as well as the Breathe and Ukrainian Women Veterans Movement Veteranka, we are sure that the donated medical kits and equipment will legally go to the neediest in the areas of the toughest fighting in Ukraine, they go to the heroic defenders of Kiev and Kharkiv in particular .
9. Acknowledgments
Thank you for your support. Your donation will help save lives in Ukraine. If you can help in any way, please do so and accept our sincere appreciation and thanks. Even if you are only able to share this info, you are doing your part to help.
10. Important.
Please note the situation is escalating, and Kiev could fall to the Russian advance and Western Ukraine attacked at any time.
If the access to the country is not possible - if for any reason we are unable to get supplies across the border we will donate the cash and supplies to a charity that is supporting refugees. We will inform you if this is happening.
Every donation makes a difference, any amount of £ 1, £ 5, £ 10, £ 20, £ 50, £ 100, will enable us to purchase medical products and save lives of those injured and severely wounded. We really want to achieve our aim of getting medical supplies over to Ukraine.
Again, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, for all your contributions, your help is invaluable and very much appreciated!!
