I'm taking part in a charity boxing match on the 26th November to raise money for Medics4Ukraine. The donations will be used to supply and transport much needed medical supplies to the incredible medics saving lives on the front line.

Peter Wilson, my opponent (and hopefully still a friend) in last years event, was part of a convoy that delivered supplies for Ukraine earlier this year.

World Extreme Medicine have used their global network to effectively deliver aid directly into Ukraine throughout the conflict.

Beginning with a £100,000 fundraising appeal, and masterminded by a team of extreme medical experts drawing on previous experience of running medical convoys into conflict zones, they’ve successfully delivered over a million pounds worth of trauma supplies directly to the front line.

Alongside these aid deliveries, the Zelensky government has also asked them to deliver a pilot trauma training course, utilising their skills and expertise where it matters most.
