Story
PMD is a rare genetic disease affecting 1 in 900,000 in the UK.
Currently there is no known cure or treatment available in the UK.
The search is on for medical assistance in the USA where stem cell treatment is available which is believed to assist this condition.
If you or anyone you know has any contacts in the USA in this field or could help please let us know.
Equally, fundraising is taking place by way of several events, e.g. BBQ, Auction, Bike Ride etc to enable the family to raise sufficient enough funds to take the little boy to the USA for treatment. All family and friends are doing different activities to fund raise in their local areas.
Any assistance or donation even just £1 will be greatly appreciated and received.
