Nicholas is a protective visor, NICHOLAS saves lives!
Much needed NOW within our NHS and Care Homes, across the Country. The lack of PPE is a national crisis and a team of Engineers, in Cornwall have created a solution to the lack of head visors.
What’s more, these visors are 3d printed and cost just 20 pence each to manufacture.
Running the machinery, 24 hrs a day, the team at the factory are able to produce 2500 visors a day!

The creator of NICHOLAS, Nigel Williams, has worked in high speed automation for near on 40 years. He was chief engineer for the Company responsible for the creation and subsequent manufacturing of the first CDs. He was the chap behind the first hands free production of CDs for Richard Branson’s megastore in Oxford Street. He has consulted for a host of Companies whose products we all use daily!
