Story
This page was initially set up to raise money to pay for rent for a homeless man, however information transpired that this man has been offered accomodation a number of times but has refused help.
So I'd like to continue raising money for the homeless people in Wigan.
There are a number of homeless people who need a place to stay.
The project "Joshua's Den", based at St Georges, provides a night shelter for the homeless.

7 years agoOk, so I've had a number of messages regarding Tony and from what I've been told, he has been offered work and a place to stay a number of times, but has either refused it or abused the offer of help. Thank you for your generous donations. These will be sent to St Thomas Joshuas Den project in Wigan, which offers beds for the night. Tony is safe tonight in a hostel and I will still be in contact with him. Thanks again, Megan
