Story

Mel is a 29yr old biology graduate from cramlington. She has Ehlers Danlos syndrome and underwent lifesaving neurosurgery 2yrs ago to stop her skull and spine dislocating.

It was a huge success.

Recently she had a routine knee surgery in the UK

Sine then she has rapidly deteriorated and recent tests show her neck is broken and screws are loose at the top and bottom of her fusion.

Her life is at risk once again and she needs to raise £80,000 in less than 3weeks to fund this surgery!

Extensive surgery is needed to repair the damage and replace all the metalwork and extend it further up the skull and down the spine to rectify the damage.

Please donate to help save Mel’s life and let her get back to living life and not being bedbound in a neckbrace in agony.

She dreams of being a teacher and spent the last two years volunteering in a school gaining experience.

Thanks for your support.
