Melbourn Fete is free to enter. Many of the attractions are provided at no cost by volunteers or are subsidised. In addition, local community organisations are providing good value food and drink. We hope that all of this provides a low cost, great day out when costs are going up so much elsewhere.

We raise funds to stage the fete from generous local businesses, the Parish Council and SCDC. Any surplus money, plus what we raise on the day, goes to local causes. If you feel that you want to support us and have a little spare cash, then please help us raise money for them. Last year we made contributions to MACS (who run the food bank), the Scouts and Royston & District Community Transport plus several others.
