On the 25th July 2016 my younger brother Tom had experienced a bleed in the brain the night before his 15th birthday. It wasn't inflicted upon him it was nature intended. Although this was a traumatic time for us all as a family (as he's the baby of the house) the nurses/staff upon 4F reassured us through the quality care Tom received.

We will be ever grateful to the staff of 4F as they have made a huge impact on our lives and most importantly Toms' life.

For this reason I have signed up to do a mountain hike called the "Gallion Hallion" and my partner (Matt) will be assisting me through it. It's a multi distance endurance event that involves a 10k lap of Gallion Mountain in Moneymore. The 40 hour event provides the option of up to 20 laps of the mountain so we will be aiming high.

In comparison to what Tom experienced this should be wee buns!! We are so proud of him and we hope he continues his journey to recovery.
