At the start of this year I caught covid and with stage 5 renal failure, within days I ended up in a coma for 2 months. On waking up I was unable to move my arms and legs and had to learn to walk again.
I was given a gift of a VIP visit to meet Longleats Southern Koalas, a life long dream for me since I was a little girl. During my visit, and hearing their plight from keeper Chris, I knew I wanted to help the Bushfire fund to help save the Koalas 🐨
I am going to attempt to walk 100 miles.
I will attempt the walk over a month.
This will be a massive challenge for me and my legs and I will also be going for hemodialysis every other day which makes me feel sick, giddy and tired.
