The percentage of men in lancashire that are suffering with mental health problems is on the rise, and even more worrying the percentage that choose to take their own lives is rising too. Menhear are here to make that change. At Menhear we are striving to break the stigma of mens mental health and get them talking. We provide peer lead support groups, 1-1 sessions and an 8 week support programme designed to influence men to tackle their mental health in healthy and positive way to enable them to get back to work or to simply provide them with the right tools to face society again.

However as a CIC we rely on donation and funding support so we can keep providing this service that is so desperately needed. Please if you could offer anything it will be going towards our venues, activity days for the lads and projects in the local community that we are part of all of which has helped dozens of men to get back on thier feet again.
