Story
Remembering those who served.
We carry out research to remember and honour people from Keighley and the Worth Valley who served their country in wartime. Principally our research covers the Great War period but we also cover other conflicts. We ask for your support to enable us to continue with this work. Thank you!
We are happy to help anyone carrying out their own research by looking through our own transcriptions of local records war records including the Keighley Newspaper archive for the Great War period and the Keighley War Hospital register, with over 13,000 names in it.
Please note, we can not research living people.
Description: A group of people have laid poppy wreaths to pay their respects at a gravesite on a sunny day.
Caption: This was the dedication ceremony for Private Ivor Tempest Greenwood's new headstone in Keighley.
