We’re excited to announce that Clarity for Men has applied to become a registered charity! With the support of our three trustees, we are more committed than ever to creating spaces where men can receive the mental health care and support they need.

Our next step is to establish a mental health retreat in Central Portugal, a safe space designed for men to focus on healing and personal growth. We believe that men deserve a place to retreat from daily pressures and engage in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being. Unfortunately, societal stigma often prevents men from seeking help, and we are here to change that narrative.

With your help, we will convert a beautiful, run-down property into a space where men can recharge, heal, and connect. Our renovation plans include:

Restoring the main house to provide comfortable, eco-friendly accommodation for retreat attendees.

Transforming outbuildings into spaces for workshops, group therapy, and recreational activities.

Creating outdoor spaces for meditation, reflection, and fresh food gardens.

This retreat will offer professional coaching, therapeutic activities, and group support sessions, all in a nurturing environment that fosters connection and self-discovery. We believe this project can change lives, providing men with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.
