Many of you will have read the minutes of our last meeting and will know that we have received a quote, from a reputable local firm, to carry out a much needed “Winter Tidy Up” of the open spaces in and around the estate. This proposal is being progressed with the approval of the estate land- owner.

Extensive work, which will take several days to complete, could include weeding, trimming shrubs, removing all the cuttings and putting down weed killer. This is our preferred option but the scale of the work will be dependent on being able to gather in donations from all of the residents living on the estate.

We would like to suggest that each household makes a donation of at least £20.00. The amount collected will be used to pay for the extensive tidy-up and it will also allow the Association to make a start on other issues that have been brought to our attention.

This crowd- funding account has been set up to enable you to make a donation on-line. This is our preferred method of payment as it provides a safe and secure collection of money into the Association’s bank account.

We do hope that you agree with this approach and that you will consider paying the £20.00 plus a small extra donation to help the Association cover the costs of improvements to our estate.
