Having wrestled with my own mental health for most of my life, I understand how difficult it can be to manage your own thoughts and feelings alone. Andys man club offer one to one talk time for men that are struggling with mental health and this kind of service can be absolutely vital for people that feel like they're struggling on their own. I'd like to raise a donation in support of the work this group are doing. All donations will have their names put into a draw to receive a tattoo once donations close. The only stipulations are that you'll not be able to chose the tattoo design and there is no tapping out. This is to show that just like mental health issues, there is no choice and there is not quitting when it gets too much. The design will be based on mens mental health and be of around £200 shop value.
