Graduate Mentor is a one-person operation kindly supported by volunteers who offer their mentoring services for free.

Graduate Mentor is a social enterprise that relies on donations from mentees.

Since 2020, Graduate Mentor CIC has helped over 7,000 University graduates who have,

- face barriers through no fault of their own,

- experience mental health issues,

- are NEET,

- have low confidence,

- been rejected by employers or,

- have limited access to professional networks.

We have seen many successful outcomes enabling these graduates to enter the workforce and realise their true potential and ambitions.

Demand is higher than ever with a stagnant economy, record application numbers, war and energy shocks making it extremely hard for graduates to get on the career ladder.

We need to raise funds to grow our service and recruit more mentors and reach our target of 1,000 mentors. We need to invest in our website, staff, social media, PR, advertising and marketing to make this happen...and you can make a difference right now with your donation!
