We have been operational at the South Liverpool Docks since 2018. Our aim is to bridge the gap between someone entering the water and the arrival of the emergency services when the risks to people are greatest, through cold water shock and drowning. Our Team are trained in boat handling, first aid and search & rescue techniques.

We have saved lives, both by recovery from the water and assistance at the water's edge. We have helped people with injuries until the arrival of the ambulance. We have been able to prevent people from entering the water and helped when people have intended to harm themselves. We are the only rescue presence actually ON the water and have been able to assist the emergency services in searching for people.

We need your help to buy equipment, and especially a new boat. The second-hand boat we began with has served us well, but is starting to show the effects of all the hard work we have put her through. Please help us continue our vital work! Please help to keep the boat afloat!
