Story
We want the society where people from different cultures are treated equally and have the opportunities to achieve their ambitions and feel fully supported.
As we been to that situation, we understand how difficult for parents and children to adapt to the community, make friends and to feel safe and equal. That's why we would like to put all our energy and effort to make a positive difference to peoples lives.
Our services and activities help families and children to develop their life-skills. We support them by make them feel less isolated. We will help families with children as we know how difficult for the bilingual child start the school and how stressful that time is for parents. We provide after school clubs for kids to practice maths and English. As mothers we notice that children more enthusiastic learners when they in the group and they could learn from each other as well.
Its really important for us to be able to give something back to the families and young people of Merton so we would encourage all children to be involved not just in English and Maths but also to express they creativity, imagination and emotions through art activities and mindfulness exercises. Because we located at the most historically artistic area as Merton Abbey Mill we think it would be the great idea to collaborate local art history and creative activities in to art clubs for children. Art gives children easy to express they feeling, concentrate and build they self-esteem.
Also we would like to support families in difficult emotional time by helping with treatments, provide information or raising money to solve problem if needed.
