ONE BODY ATHLETIC
START A HEART 🫀
As a team we are completing a 12-hour nonstop circuit of metabolic conditioning training, taking place on the 19th February 2022 from 8am. This will consist of 20 stations with a variety of weighted exercises and cardio exercises. It is up to our members to decide if they are going to be a warrior and completed the whole 12 hours on their own or join up in our tag team.
This is sure to be a fun-filled, all-day event, with live music from our DJ, food stalls and plenty of calories burned!
Of course, this is all for a great cause. All donations raised will be used towards the procurement of an on-site defibrillator for our estate. ⚡️
Plus - any spare money left over will be duly donated to the British Heart Foundation. 🫀
