M.F.C.A. was set up and is ran by volunteer foster carers to improve the life experience of the looked after children in the care of local government. They provide / subside annual events such as days out, Christmas parties, where a present is provided for every child, tickets for the local pantomime and other age related activities. These events always give the children that something extra that the likes of a school trip just cannot give.
