I don't want to run miles to cross a finish line. I want every step to mean something.

I lost my dad after a long and courageous fight with cancer. Watching someone you love go through that journey changes you forever. It reminds you how precious life is and how important it is to support those who are facing their own battles.

As an osteopath and personal trainer, my purpose has always been to help people who need my professional support—to reduce pain, restore movement, improve confidence, and make a real difference in their lives. When you help one person, you often help their family and everyone around them too.

That's why I'm running. Every mile, every obstacle, and every step is for those fighting cancer, for the families standing beside them, and in memory of those we've lost.
