With just over a week to go Michael and Colin are almost ready for the Larne half marathon on Saturday, 23rd March. Michael smashed 13 miles on Sunday in tough wet and windy conditions. Colin ran his first 10 miles on Monday night also in difficult conditions after a two-week lay off with a groin strain. Colin and Michael are running the half marathon to raise money which will be split equally between the Poppy appeal and Coleraine British Legion - any donations no matter how small will make a difference.
