We are an allotment site on City Council controled land, already half of the site was sold for housing some fifteen years back. We are a mixed nationality community and apart from each paying our own site fees to the council, we have no formal means of income. We have build a community plot which took 2 years and to raise funds to complete any project does require a lot of work by a few.
