I am attempting to complete a month long sponsored rowing event, with the intention of raising enough money to purchase a brand new Concept2 Rowing Machine (£900) for the Braunton Academy Sports Department.

They currently have only one rowing machine that is getting a bit old and well used. They really could do with a new more up to date version that comes with an all singing, all dancing PM5 computer.

To raise the necessary funds I am personally undertaking a world-wide indoor rowing challenge that is being organised by Concept2. (Please look on Youtube to see what Concept2 do)

The challenge is for me to row every day 10,000m (6.2miles) from the 1st March 2021 to 31st March 2021, a total of 310,000m (192.6miles). All the metres I row are recorded on computer and are verified so there is no way I can cheat the system and miss a day.

The last 3 days of effort. Pushing hard now to get to the finish line on Wednesday.
