I am raising money for a Hospice in County Durham, I have lost both my Mother-in-law and more recently my father to cancer and understand the devastating impact this disease can have on families. Unfortunately both passed away in hospital which most of us would not want to happen , Willowburn Hospice provides care at the the most difficult time, provided by a team of wonderful staff and volunteers.

I want to ensure all terminally patients get the opportunity to go home from hospital.
