I'm raising £2500 to Save a Warrior UK CIC

Organised by Michael Mendyka

Story

Hi everyone,

Can I ask for your support in helping me help someone else?

To raise both funds and awareness for Save A Warrior UK (SAW UK), I’m taking on a unique and demanding challenge:

I’ll be attempting to lift 1,000,000kg in 24hours, sticking to mainly squats, deadlifts and bench press.

Is it possible? I honestly don’t know – but what I do know is that I won’t give up easily.

Challenge Details:

📍 TBD shortly, Gloucester

🕖 31st May 2025 Starting at 7:00am

📸 I’ll be sharing plenty of photos, videos, and live updates throughout the day.

Why Save A Warrior UK?

I served in AGAT forces, and I count myself among the fortunate ones who made it back.

But too many others, although they return from their missions, never fully transition back to "normal" life. Tragically, many end up taking their own lives.

SAW UK provides vital support for veterans and first responders, helping them heal and reclaim their lives. I’m deeply passionate about their mission.

£2,500 gives one person space in their programme, therefore it saves one person's life!
